Hampton Hall

Having already created some of the Southeast’s finest private golf communities, the time was right to introduce a community that catered to the lifestyle of every resident, golfer and non-golfer alike. We also wanted to target a market niche that was being underserved: consumers seeking a quality product at an exceptional value. It all came together at Hampton Hall, a private, 1,100-acre community in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Our first step was to create a community gathering place, with a wealth of amenities, around a centrally located lake that would draw residents together for all kinds of activities. For the golfers, we built a Pete Dye Signature Golf Course and golf Clubhouse with a limited (and optional) membership. For those whose interests lie off the links, Hampton Hall offers a luxurious community Clubhouse, a state-of-the-art health and fitness club, six Har-Tru tennis courts, a swimming pool, children’s playground, and 6-1/2 miles of biking and walking trails.

Beyond golf and tennis, the community features a wide offering of indoor and outdoor activities to satisfy most any lifestyle. And the location—just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island, and the historic charms of Savannah, Georgia, and Beaufort, South Carolina—also gives residents a wealth of recreational and cultural opportunities to add to the list of amenities within the community.
